Living an Empowered Life with our Helping Spirits and Ancestors
October Friday 30th Saturday 31st and Sunday 1st November 2026 near Perth Scotland 10am~5pm each day ~ Evening of the 31st optional Samhain Ceremony cost of 3 days £180/£170/£160 please bring food to share as one circle in growing community.
At the start of what became known as Lockdown in 2020 as it slowly emerged what this was going to be for us, I took a journey asking my helping spirits what can I do to support my community. This led to offering weekly supportive recordings and then a newsletter that still continues to this day.
I feel these times needed the same journey and this 3 day workshop is the result. In a society that seems intent on disempowering us ever more, how are we to navigate and live well in this?
Over the three days we will explore our own relationship to our power and working with our own helping spirits and healed ancestors look to grow this more and more.
These times, as they always have, though seems especially important at this time that we each express and create from a place of power and our unique and authentic offering of this.
Power is a word that maybe has been corrupted over modern times, here we mean to live with power as living with spirit and our own unique expression of that spirit or natural essence that we each hold.
We will work with shamanic methods, ceremony, sharing and healing circles, creative practice and time out with the land to understand and grow connection with spirit to support our quest.
We return to the circle of life in a new way, while living our own life a new awareness of the whole and the empowered influence we offer the circle in the way we live and share life within our communities of human and not human companions becomes available.
I do not underestimate this sacred task and yet our helping spirits and ancestors will be available if we seek their help to assist and support us in this great adventure.

Learning the Shamanic Journey
Fundamental to shamanic practice and ways is the shamanic journey. This method can be learnt by anyone wishing to, often the process is experienced as a remembering as we are re-engaging with something our ancestors lived with.
A safe, effective and time-tested practice of spiritual way that is practical for our lives and can be used for supporting us to live well.
The process of learning/remembering includes journeys within the shaman’s map and cosmology of the Upper and Lower worlds and the Middle world, the importance of the Axis Mundi, how we set clear intentions, develop trust in the method and spirits and how we ask questions then listen to how they are responded to.
We will also explore how then use shamanism in our everyday life for healing guidance and connection. Once we know how to trust the method and bring it into our lives, we can use this grow and live well. Shamanism is a pragmatic approach and can be used for living a lived and spirit empowered life.
This learning experience can be taken at anytime as a one to one or if you are part of a group that would like to learn this method I can come to you to share this with you or we can take this online. It can be flexible also in how we do this also for example over two days or 6 fortnightly sessions or how best fits with your needs.
It is a real joy to share this method with you for me as this was life changing in one sense and completely natural in another, a return home.
As a result of this learning, we come to meet our own helping compassionate spirits to support us to live well and with power, as we develop and grow to trust this way.

Monthly Journey Circle
Offered to those who know how to journey, a circle to grow and practice on the last Sunday of each Month near Alyth here in Perthshire Scotland from 4pm/6:30pm.
Each month we explore the theme as shown in a shamanic journey for the circle at this time working with classic cross-cultural methods of shamanism.
